Terms of Service

Voxek.net is an AI mod builder for Minecraft: you describe a mod in plain words and it builds a working Fabric mod you can download and play. Voxek also lists mods other players built and shared, and the mods featured on the Voxek YouTube channel.

• NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. We are also not affiliated with CurseForge or Modrinth.
• Who runs it — Voxek is a trading name of Mohammed Awad, an individual (sole proprietor), who is the seller of the paid plans below. In these terms "Voxek", "we" and "us" mean Mohammed Awad. You can reach us at voxekbusiness@gmail.com.

By using Voxek you agree to these terms. You're welcome to browse, search, and use Voxek for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use Voxek for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• Infringe anyone else's copyright, trademarks or other rights
• Scrape or bulk-download site content in automated ways
• Abuse, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the mod chat
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls

You need an account to build mods, and you must be at least 13 to make one (older where your country sets a higher age for agreeing to this yourself). Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what's built and published from your account. Mods you build are yours. When you publish one, everyone can see, download and fork it, along with your public name and level. Don't publish mods or names that are hateful, sexual, violent toward real people, or that copy someone else's work, and don't put personal details in a prompt or a name. Voxek may hide or remove a mod, or close an account, that breaks these rules. Steaks, XP, levels and achievements have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. While Voxek is in preview, every account gets a one-time bonus of steaks; bonus steaks are spent before your other steaks and any left are removed when the preview ends.

When you suggest a mod in the mod chat, you grant Voxek the right to use, display, or decline it at our discretion. We don't guarantee any submission will be featured. Suggestions and submissions are reviewed manually and may be ignored, edited, or rejected without notice. The chat's replies are written by an AI model, not by Voxek, and can be wrong. What we store when you send something is explained in the Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to the Voxek Mod Builder's paid plans (Starter, Builder and Crew, monthly or yearly):

• Who you buy from — our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• What you pay for — access to the builder and the plan's steaks, the credits the builder runs on, added to your account each time a payment goes through. You are not buying any mod. Steaks have no cash value and can't be transferred, exchanged or sold.
• Free trial — Builder can be tried free for 7 days, once per account and once per card. A card is required. The trial includes 30 steaks; when it ends, the card is charged for the plan and the plan's steaks are added. Cancel before the trial ends (Manage plan, or the link in your receipt) and you aren't charged.
• Renewal and cancelling — plans renew every month (or every year, on a yearly plan) until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage plan on the pricing page or the link in your receipt; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days; see the Refund Policy.
• Your mods — a plan pays for use of the builder software, not for any mod. Mods you make with it are yours to use and share for free, and you agree not to sell them.
• AI output — mods are designed by an AI model and built automatically. Builds can fail or behave unexpectedly; test them in a separate world first.
• Fair use — don't use the builder to make anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or that copies someone else's work. We can refuse builds that do.

Voxek, the builder, and the site's design, code and text belong to Mohammed Awad. Using Voxek doesn't give you any rights to them beyond using the service as these terms allow. Mods you build are yours, as described above.

We can suspend or close an account, or end a plan, for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for fraud, abuse or a security risk, or if a payment fails and isn't fixed. Where it's fair to, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to sort it out. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

Voxek links to mods hosted on third-party platforms (CurseForge, Modrinth, etc.). A mod link can include a tag, such as ?via=vxk, that lets the mod's site see you came from Voxek. We are not responsible for the content, safety, or accuracy of those platforms or the mods hosted there. Always use caution when downloading mods from any source.

Voxek is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the service will always be available or free of errors, or that mod information or linked content is accurate or safe. Use at your own risk. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
